Quarto limpo, confortável, espaçoso. Bom café da manhã.

I was charged £190 for dry cleaning with no warning. I fully appreciated it was express and I was fine with pay - but 190 for a few shirts, a pair of shorts and some underwear? I’m utterly utterly disgusted. What a lovely first impression - not.

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! Uma das melhores, senão a melhor, experiências que já tive em hospedagens de hotéis referência cinco estrelas. Tudo é extremamente bem cuidado, com atenção impecável aos detalhes. A cordialidade dos funcionários é exemplar, o café da manhã é precioso, e o quarto é simplesmente aconchegante, oferecendo o mais alto nível de conforto. Foi uma experiência em família verdadeiramente inesquecível.

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, banheiro separado, café da manhã muito bom. Único ponto é que os quartos ainda são carpetados. Para quem tem rinite não é uma boa opção. Area da piscina é boa, porém a piscina é pequena.

A bit more understanding of English in an American hotel would be great, other than that everything was wonderful.

Excellent location and facilities, dated room.

Overall a great stay at the Hilton, the room was modern and large and the bed was super comfortable and the location great!

Todo en general , el personal super amable

Hilton Puerto Madero es una joya. Tiene una ubicación 10/10 y el staff es muy amable. En ocasiones siento que la cadena Hilton ya no es tan confiable, (me he quedado en propiedades de ellos en donde todo está muy descuidado) pero no es el caso con esta propiedad. En mi opinión sentí que estaba en un JW Marriott o un InterContinental. 5 estrellas en mi opinión y sin duda regreso a esta propiedad si la vida me trae de vuelta a Buenos Aires.

Overall good hotel, but somewhat dated in places (particularly in the rooms). I don’t like the fact that 90% of the rooms overlook a relatively busy atrium/bar area, that you can hear inside your room. Also, the soundproofing to the outside is fairly poor. I

Old hotel

Clean quiet Staff exvellent

Fantastic hotel, with a welcoming staff, big rooms, comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was phenomenal with many options to choose from. We didn’t use the pool (too cold) but it looks promising. It’s based in the newer part of town, so many fancy restaurants around

Breakfast was superb, also lunch in the hotel restaurant was excellent.
