We saw all of the pictures online and everything and it looked like a great resort. We were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded our expectations. First off, the location was the best. This was our first trip to Aruba so it's hard to know what a good location is on the island. It is on Divi beach which is probably the best beach on the island. We went to other beaches including Eagle beach which is right next door. Divi beach and Eagle beach are very comparable but the benefit to Divi beach is that it was less crowded. Both beaches had mild waves, little to no currents, no kelp or vegetation washing on the shore and looked amazing with the turquoise water. We had a rental car and it was not far from anywhere and the resort had plenty of parking. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette which saved us money because we ate a simple breakfast in our room. We didn't get the all-inclusive plan so we didn't eat at the resort so I can't speak about the restaurants. If you got bored of the beach the pools were great with a bar next to each one. It also had rock climbing and a gym that we used and both were excellent. There were a lot more amenities that we didn't get the time for. There were also activities like bingo, karaoke, water aerobics, and zumba that we didn't get to either. I wish I had a month to stay there so I could try everything but it was an enjoyable 1 week stay.

Our accommodations were excellent. This is our first time staying at the Divi Beach and Golf property. The studio we secured was pristine and well equipped. The front desk Customer Service Rep was very nice and answered all of our questions. We usually stay at the Hilton or Marriott in Palm Beach but wanted to try the Divi. We have visited Aruba for more than 10 times and am happy to say we will stay at The Divi Beach and Golf property again...as early as this November. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Amenities were great especially traveling with family. Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the pool. The beach is near and very beautiful.

Two days before our stay, we contacted the hotel to inquire about our room accommodations. The name of the rooms we had booked was “1 Bedroom Golf Villas,” but the app showed “Eagle 1 Bedroom.” The staff on the phone was rude when answering our questions. We also asked about the downstairs bedroom because we had my 73-year-old mother with us. They assured us they would put a note, but it wasn’t guaranteed. Upon arrival, the manager helped us and informed us that the message for the downstairs room had never reached them. They usually make sure older, handicapped guests are accommodated in the downstairs rooms since there are no elevators. Later, she managed to move one of the groups downstairs, but we were on opposite sides of the property. Some of the shuttle drivers were not friendly, except for Ramon and another guy who were great. One night, we asked the shuttle driver where we could buy ice cream because it was around 9:30 p.m. He took us all the way to Mulligans, and the hostess was super friendly. Unfortunately, the manager was rude. He didn’t like that our group was standing at the front placing an order and rudely asked us to move. At this point, I was exhausted from being treated as if we were a burden rather than paying guests at this resort. I asked what the problem was and loudly declared that I was tired of being treated like I didn’t pay a lot of money to stay there. The dryer in one of the rooms didn’t work, and neither did the grills around the community.

Check in was quick however they did not notify us that our room was ready as they said they would and i made several trips to the front desk to see if it was ready. I did not get a key to my room until 5pm. The property was nice and the rooms were very spacious however we didn't have hot water in our original unit and the unit we moved to had an ant infestation near the kitchen/ living room.

Love the Divi Golf and Beach! Love the Pool and the Proximity to the Beach. Bartenders at the pool need to be more attentive but are Friendly and Efficient when you get their Attention. Divi should make better effort controlling “Outsiders” from using the Beach. Much more crowded than in past years! Great when you get a spot. Concierge, Zedrima Especially, are Excellent and Very Helpful! We come Every Year and is the Highlight of our Year!

My experience with this property could have been different if the stuff were more pleasant and helpful. A couple of requests were made prior to arrival and once there, we were informed that there was nothing noted in their system. No information was provided to us regarding the amenities, schedules, restaurants and trying to use their shuttle service was difficult as only 1 or 2 were in service for the whole property. I was not able to use the clothes dryer because it had a gasket or wire hanging inside the basket which ruined my daughter’s bathing suit. The access to the beach was easy and the beach was beautiful.
