ACD Apartments

Room was fair. Was tidy but not exactly clean. Amenities are good. Could use a repaint and bathrooms a deep clean.

Great location for a family that needs streets to wander with no crowds, convenient shopping, great pool during the heat wave, property manager Jim was super friendly and helpful. Shane we had to pay for parking though. Thought that would come with the room.

Location is fantastic. Walkable to public transport, southern cross station and the District Docklands Staff were friendly on check in. 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Lots of room for a family of 5 with teenage kids. Minor issue. Minimal toilet paper on the rolls when we checked in. Would have been nice to have a couple of spare rolls or at least 1 available. We ran out on day 1. We have stayed in a few different apartments in the area in the past. This one was by far the most spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Well appointed apartment in a great location. Parking in the same building was very handy.

Would I stay there again? Probably not. I absolutely hate posting feedback. Although the property in general is clean, the floor was dirty, definitely hasn't been mopped for a while. The outdoor furniture hasn't been cleaned for sometime too. Keep in mind that this room is managed through an office in a separate building, so, you most try and find a park to check in before you're given a map to the actual property. Finally, the booking said a free bottle of wine, which we've never received. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, the location is great for those who wish to be close to the district Docklands and the views are fantastic throughout.

The location was excellent, close to conveniences but also quiet. The apartment was quite outdated and the furniture was in need of replacement. We had a great balcony with a terrific view which was let down by some old furniture (couch etc). Overall though a pleasant stay.

Excellent location and view. Family trip to Docklands for the footy. Communication was great and the hotel representative went above and beyond allowing us to leave our car in the car park past checkout. Recommend for location and customer service. Will be back again.

It was good for the location to what we wanted and it served its purpose. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Tram was a short walk and cannot fault the location. We were looking at the water which was awesome

Good value for money. Great for kids and close to entertainment district in Docklands.

The photos online were very different to the room we received. Our room was very small for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom executive apartment. ACD must manage various buildings in the area, as their office is a walk to the building we actually were located in. Pool facilities also differed from photos online. Overall, nothing special and would not stay here again.
