The Bay Air Motel is not a resort level hotel but it is clean and has everything requred for a comfortable stay. I was late checking in on a Sunday night so the staff left my room key in a safe which was very convenient.

Bay Air Motel was just a whole in the wall type facility that totally ripped me off. On a double booking mistake, the owners refused to refund me my money when they were fully aware of that this mistake had taken place. Additionally, the motel offered virtually zero amenities and felt like just a roof over your head situation.

The location and price was good. The stairs were a struggle with a case. The room was generally ok, but lacked drawer storage space, and overall was really dated. Needs a renovation.

Great for a night after overseas trip before heading back to islands next time will make sure we ask for bottom level apartment stairs were a bit hard for us maybe if 10 years younger
