Great location. .

Plenty of space being a two-story townhouse. The bedrooms were comfy. You were close to everything and easy to get an Uber to get around. The only negative we went to make breakfast and there wasn’t enough dinning plates or sharp knives to cut anything. More glassware would be great.

The property was clean, roomy and well appointed. We had some difficulty getting the access code prior to arrival as the phone line was very busy. Management would be advised to ask the cleaning staff to speak quietly outside the units. Despite this I would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

When I arrived and checked in around 3pm the unit seemed as per the website and clean. After returning from our concert later that night, when going to bed, we noticed that the pillows and sheets in the main bedroom seem to be covered in what can only be described as black dog hair. There was allot of this. My daughter found two pillows in the wardrobe which seemed to be okay but we had to open the bedsheets and brush off all the dog hair. That was really disappointing when spending over $300 on accommodation for one night. Generally, the beds in both rooms seemed like they did not have fresh sheets on them and had been already used. My other daughter in the spare room said there were stains on her sheets. I am not sure who cleans your rooms or if you have pets staying in them but it’s not the minimum standard of accommodation that a normal person would expect.

Easy distance to the sporting venue I was attending on the weekend and close to shops.

In spite of being the front unit on a busy street in the unit the traffic noise was negligible

Very clean and comfortable in a convenient location. However, the apartment lacked cutlery in the kitchen & no globe in the bedside light. Would recommend checking some of the amenities

Nice and basic accommodation, no more and no less than what we needed for our stay, we didn't spend much time at the apartment, bed was a bit uncomfortable though, otherwise it was ok, will stay again as family live close by.

Everything you needed was at hand. The beds were very comfortable. The parking space posed some problems, otherwise great.

The property was pretty average. I’d say “worn” for the most part. Lighting was terrible throughout. Subtle smell of sewerage in the dining area. Noise from pub around the corner was noticeable. Digital stations on the TV didn’t work. But, beds were comfy and it was safe. I won’t stay here again because I just prefer a little more quality.

This is a property with some potential; however, it is let down by the limited access for parking. Having to manoeuvre back and forth several times to get a car in the provided garage was not the easiest and would make it less desirable for most mid-size cars. Cleanliness also left a little to be desired while provisions within were also limited in the kitchen. Even though pricing was attractive, booking-in process was rather cumbersome and not always as clear as one would like. Spaces in the unit are adequate but do make the term executive accommodation somewhat questionable. Special mention for the helpfulness of cleaning staff who helped us getting in upon arrival.

As a family of 5, this was the best choice for us. Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse in a great area. Wasn’t too noisy. Easy to get to. Parking the garage was great too with all options of a full functioning house.

I recently stayed at this apartment for a few nights and found it to be just okay. The location is decent, but the apartment itself has a few issues. The cleanliness could be improved, and some of the amenities felt outdated. Additionally, the price fluctuates significantly depending on the day of the week, which felt unfair and unpredictable. Overall, it’s an adequate place if you’re in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Clean except for floors - looked like they'd been mopped to spread the dirt rather than mopped to clean, and when checking I hadn't left anything under the bed, I saw accumulated fluff & dust. The tea towel was waterproof - wouldn't absorb any moisture, so useless to wipe dishes dry. (Typical of new tea towels that have never been washed) Bathroom basin faucet leaking at base. Some pipe under kitchen sink leaking after pulling sink plug - leaking water into cupboard and out onto the floor. Living room air-conditioner makes an annoying rattly noise. All minor issues that I'm mentioning so management is made aware to fix up. Otherwise, a good, comfortable place that was convenient for a few days stay, less than 10 minutes drive to the ice rink - perfect to attend an ice hockey tournament!

What I found disappointing was that someone parked in the parking area under our apartment which I found annoying & the cover that was on the bed had stains on it didn’t look good. It was a convenient location for what we needed to do in Newcastle.

Clean and well maintained place.

The front door rattled, it also had a big gap between the door jam and door, when closed it didn’t feel very secure. Also only a few sheets of toilet in both toilets and NO spare rolls anywhere.

Stayed overnight with family and friends. Very happy and will definitely come back if we are in Newcastle area.

The location was great close to shops and public transport. We had rodents in our unit, on 2 occasions we had housekeeping, or some random person just let themselves in to the unit without knocking or asking for permission to come in. Car parking is a hassle if you have a bigger car that you can fit into the garage. The freezer was unusable due to the horrendous smell that was in there. it ruined the food that we had placed in there on the first night. They have a fully equipped kitchen but there were no sharp knives, no chopping board, no tray for the oven, no microwave bowls. it looked like someone had taken to the freezer, ballast rail and bathroom bench with a knife. There were holes in the bottom of the freezer. The cleaners were friendly. appears they were doing some renovations to some units but don't appreciate being woken at 6:30 am by music being played so loud. I also didn't like having my booking changed to a different set of units on the same street because I chose this particular set of units because of parking, because I had stayed at the other address before and could not get the car in the garage and had to park on the street.

The apartments are not sound proof so you could hear you neighbours walking around their apartment which was annoying if the had young children who chose to run up and down the stairs.
