Staff = Amazing!!! 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay. Locked our toilet door ( not sure how ) but staff were only to happy to come sort it out. Will definitely be back.

Room was not as pictured and was slightly dirty in areas. Tower one may be different to Tower two but apart from this staff and amenities were great.

Great location, and views. Beds a bit uncomfortable, and a few maintenance issues, with the age. But overall an enjoyable stay.

I chose Catalina Apartments because of their location - about 100 m from Maroochydore beach and Surf Living Saving Club. Checking in was quick and efficient and the apartment was clean, well-furnished and well-equipped ... but it also features several splashes of bright colour with artificial flowers and "coastal" art works. Key tag access to garage and to rooms helps secure a safe environment. Cotton Tree Plaza is five minutes' walk away - great Delhi, bakery, liquor shop, Fish 'n' Chips shops, Newsgency etc. The resort's public gardens are pretty and there is a pleasant outdoor pool with good BBQ facilities. There is a sauna, a free tennis court and a small games room. I had read some pretty worrying reports before arriving, but I cannot really fault my room - Unit 28 in Tower I - other than the dim lighting and plastic flowers. I would return.
