The property has stairs to the upper level which may not be optimum for some. The room was comfortable quiet and spacious. Location is good with access the central businness district of Armidale.

This motel was a most welcome site after a 7 hour drive across NSW. It was perfect. Easy check in, great room, clean, quiet and the restaurant across the road was first class. I would go back to Armidale just to stay here again.
