It was our first trip to orange and we were greeted by Ben. He gave us a list of must do's in the area and it kept us busy for our trip .. thank you Ben. The hotel was nice and close to everything we walked to alot of bars and restaurants .. great trip will be back

The lady on checking in was not very friendly. We had a 2 room suite and she seemed reluctant to give us 2 keys. When we went to checkout at 8.30am there was nobody there so we just left the keys in the room. The breakfast is a sachet of muesli and 2 pieces of bread & butter and random spreads with bottled juice. It’s adequate. Rooms are clean but not vacuumed very well and bathroom needed cleaning the floor of soap scum and the toilet lid had a lot of mildew. Aside from that it’s a great location. It has all you need.

Location excellent. Close to restaurants and Cook Park and easy walk to town. Staff welcoming. Bed comfortable. Ground floor apartment was spacious, but very dark, and no aspect and couldn’t open windows other than bathroom window so for us felt very claustrophobic.
Reception decor is fabulous, not really reflective of the rest of the property.
Breakfast pack was ok. I was under the impression when advertised that it was a proper continental breakfast.
