Property was extremely well-situated; and served our purposes for visiting STARS.
For its age it was in v good condition, but some facilities are dated (hence the economic room rate).

The room was top serviced and very clean. What i didnt like was on entry to the reception it stunk of cigarettes. The staff were smoking ar reception and its not good when we are there for medical reason as the motel is ten minutes from the motel. We couldn't stop coughing it was so syrong. However the room made up for it.

There was no view from the balcony but i didn't need one. The room was very clean and quiet - that was what i needed and what i got. slightly no frills but that is to be expected at the price point.

The room was very average. The balcony was tiny. The drain in the bathroom had a horrid smell and if you left the toilet door open it took over the room. The carpark is a super tight squeeze. It is close to the hospital if you needed to stay there to visit family.

Manager was very accomadating as was the lovely Hotel Services Lady,the rooms were clean and the yard and gardens beautifully maintained,only a couple of minor things,face washers and hand towels would be good to have and maybe an extra quilt in the cupboard and a few more coathangers(we had 3) but all in all the convenience to the hospital was amazing for my Husband's operation with it being only a 4 min walk.We will definitely stay again for sure.

Only thing would be an additional lock on the door. Felt the door lock was not the most secure. Maybe a chain could be easily installed for added feeling of security and safety. That being said, I’d stay again. Quietest motel I think I’ve ever stayed in terms of outside traffic and local noise. Thanks.
