It would have been easier if the room had a kettle, rather than asking the staff for it. The staff was very helpful. I could keep my luggage and leave before check-in later.

The room was perfectly sufficient and clean. Despite being right next to the railway, it wasn’t too noisy and with ear plugs, I had a very restful night. Thanks for the comfy bed and lots of pillows!

Friendly staff, the place seems nice overall, the common rooms are clean with nice and comfortable furniture. Rooms are a bit hit and miss. They seem to be unmaintained but again for the price is very good hotel and I will stay again

Friendly staff and very nice room

Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and the reception area was clean. Rather disappointed in the lack of facilities for preparing our food. A bare minimum. Even though on some websites it appears there was a restaurant. Rather noisy at night due to work being carried out on railway lines. Convenient for Central station

The staff were lovely. The room itself could be improved. Positives: Bed was not uncomfortable and linens were clean. Negatives: The room had a weird smell, especially in the bathroom, potentially coming from the drain. The shower was not very clean, and the sliding door did not function well (off the rails at the top). The flush button on the toilet was also half broken (worked, but needed to be pushed in a certain way). The room was very small, but I was expecting this and it was functional enough for one person (would've been tough with two).

Super convenient location, very clean, good for the price! Only thing is best to bring ear plugs because there's very little sound proofing, but you get what you pay for.

The towels were changed daily but I was booked in for 13 nights and didn't notice a change of bedding. As i said earlier the staff we're friendly and polite.
