Staff at reception were incredibly lovely. Quick, and informative. It was probably one of the easiest and quickest check in’s I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay there again.

It’s clean, child friendly, good breakfast selections. Nice coffee done in a proper coffee machine although automatic machine is available too. Staff were nice.

Lighting in room is poor - bench space in bathroom is non existent - 1 little toiletries bag is it - same goes for room - no space for multiple bags. Bed was uncomfortable and the servicing of the room was all over the place - between 9am and once it was 7pm!

Room was clean however lighting is terrible, bench space in bathroom terrible - bed very uncomfortable. In house food ordering terrible - had 9 items on menu and when we went to order they could only do 1 item.

After check in, our small room fridge wasn't sealing properly. They got that fixed, but all the 4 nights, the temperature wasn't right. Had to turn right up. White curtains had small black mould like marks. Overall, it was a good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, but physically, maybe some work.

Ceiling started leaking in the bathroom so had to move to another room. Rooms were small and not much wardrobe and fridge space. Parking was not included so cost is $100. Pretty average for the area.

Entire process was smooth/efficient/and enjoyable. The Front of House staff in particular were efficient, friendly and most pleasant to deal with. Altogether we are very satisfied and will use that hotel again.

Stains on carpet near bedside table. No power point near bed for sleep machine. Toilet roll holder falling off. Breakfast manager run off his feet and could barely keep up with bringing out plates and cutlery etc.
