The tv was unreliable kept turning off The lift with card was faulty Breakfeast was un organised with requests for glasses

We were there for 8 nights. We ad some issues with the rooms allocated. We were given 3 rooms for the entire stay. Room 1 was on the 1st floor & overlooked a car park and had not much privacy. Room 2 was on the 2nd floor but not very clean and the bed was not 2 single beds which we had requested & were told would be provided. When they split the beds, housekeeping left the beds unmade. Then, we were given room 3 on the 5th floor and it was this room we stayed at for the rest of our stay for 6 nights. They split the beds in Room 3 to 2 single beds, AC was not working that well and maintenance fixed that and when we complained that the toilet seat had no buffers which made the seat uncomfortable, maintenance fitted a new toilet seat. So, in the end, we had a good stay albeit not a great start.

To say our stay was unpleasant is an understatement. Our bathroom smelt like urine, our shower had big black hairs in it like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was a speck of blood on the bathroom floor and blood smeared down the bathroom wall under the sink. We advised reception who said they’d sort it while we were out for tea. Upon return we were told it had been cleaned and air freshener used. We went back to our room to still find the hair in the shower, blood on the floor and no air freshener smell. We again advised reception who changed our room to a down graded room. Our room had a queen bed and a single and we got changed to a queen room with a fold out kids bed. We told reception we were not moving to that room and they said they’d change our room to another the following day. To which did not happen and we were not contacted to do so. Pathetic efforts on all involved.

Room on the second day was average with bin not emptied from the bathroom, tea and coffee items not replenished,cups and bench not cleaned........no writing material available, no bag for dirty laundry

The room was clean. It was quiet and close to lots of food and shopping centres.

Nice room with comfortable beds, friendly staff and excellent location

A/c stopped heating over nights, next day changed three different rooms before they found a heating system that worked. This ruined my short stay with my plans. I got a free breakfast and a one hour extended check out. Having changed to a second room would of been ok,but four rooms is unexpectable and discussing. I have asked for a full refund but has fallen to death ears. Dont stay here!

Bed was comfortable room was clean. Wasn't pleased with being charged extra for a roll out bed that was meant to be removed on night 2. Its not a huge cost but still pretty poor that we paid an extra night for a bed that was not used when I specifically asked for it to be removed.

Always a great budget place to stay

No heating in the rooms. Arrives after flight from UK and had to move room twice. In the end is was given a small portable heater to use for the week. Not ideal given it was 4 degrees overnight. The manager gave me two free drinks at the bar as a goodwill gesture.

Amazing staff amazing stay

I really liked the overall property! The location was a big plus—it's conveniently close to a mall, movie theater, and several restaurants, which made everything super accessible and enjoyable. I also appreciated that the motel offered breakfast options, which made mornings more convenient before heading out.

This a convenient location for my work trips. Close to dining options a 2 minute walk away. Warm heating In the coldest of weather. Friendly and helpful staff.
