Room was clean , staff were great will stay there again

We booked the family room and requested a roll away bed for our 3rd child, reservations came back offering either the rollaway bed or suggestion to book a second room. Despite giving us the option (and us confirming the rollaway bed option) it wasn't set up on arrival and there was a long (over an hour) back and forth with housekeeping about it on arrival, as the room was so small. We got there in the end (yes it was a small room) but it was a lot of fuss after an international flight. If it wasn't an option they should have just said so. Also, they charge for early check in which seems a little much considering how much we already paid for the small room and extra bed. The pros were a cafe on L1 and the room was quiet.

Only facewashers to dry hands in bathroom. Dining closed early; lack of staff on public holiday; knowledge what to do in area limited or transport to catch limited; room small for the cost considering out of city.... Staff polite & friendly/helped holding bags

Great stay. Room were clean with good facilities and location was proximal to lots of restaurants and shops.

Modern and new, the facilities were an absolute pleasure to stay in. Rooms well appointed and clean. I used the gym on the top floor which also had good equipment, a great view, a good water cooler, bathroom/ shower,, a supply of fresh towels, and provided for cleaning your equipment afterward. It was conveniently located for me, and pretty seamless stay from start to finish. The only minor disappointment was the reception staff member taking a smoke break on the street right outside the entry in full view of anyone entering or exiting the building. Not a great look. Otherwise a great place and a great stay. 5/5

A very cool property in a very convenient location. A small room but exactly what I needed for a business trip. Extremely clean and exceptional service from the team there.

Still a good hotel but is starting to show its age. The smokers out the front and the occasional crack head hiding behind the pillars is an uncomfortable situation for me personally. The staff are usually quite nice and appear to be hard working, and the availability to use cash at the bar is a huge bonus aswell. The hamburgers are quite nice aswell.

We had a stress free experience, staff was great the room was clean and the veiw was a bonus.

Location is good, really easy to get to the riverside and with a cost effective car rental option two blocks up the road, we saved a heap by uber-ing into town from the airport and renting in the city rather than taking an airport rental car. Breakfast was really good, plentiful, fresh, absolutely worth it. The room, for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 primary aged kids) was far too small. They're simply taken a double room and chucked a bunk bed in there. For anything other than a one nighter, it's too small. no space for luggage, no space to move. The double bed was also tiny and rammed up against a wall. It is absolutely not functional as a family room. Also, we only got our beds changed and towels changed twice in a 5 night stay and one of those nights only one of the bunk bed beds was actually made. First world problems and all that but for $1000 for our 5 night stay I'd expect some better attention to service.
