The staffs were very nice and helpful. Room and all facilities were in good maintained, very clean, and almost perfect. My best two nights at Hobart and so love it.

Great Location, everything was between 5-10mins walk : shops, restaurants, museum. Great parking space (not that we used it :-D) but great for tour companies picking us up from the hotel. Front staff was marvellous (particularly Grace). We didn't have the chance to have breakfast as our tours started quite early in the mornings and we had full day tours. We booked the room with the sea view which was amazing as well. Would come back to stay here when coming back to Hobart.

The room was modern and clean, the staff were personable and helpful, and I have consequently taken an Accor membership. Moving forward, I will most definitely be looking to stay here again, as it is in the most convenient location I can think of in central Hobart. The convenience of being able to request an umbrella for day use from the concierge was perfect for the one day of rain out of the seven we spent there. Literally my only complaint is around the lack of cutlery/crockery in the room to use with all of the delicious cheeses etc. sold locally, and I would have LOVED if there was a rooftop bar, or top floor lounge bar to socialize.

Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the saunas with mould on the tiles and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks or months. :-(

We stayed for six nights and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were that the bed was a little softer than my preference, and the breakfast menu was the same every day throughout our stay. Other than that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our visit.
