Neat clean room Friendly staff

Very clean, smaller but it had everything one would need and expect. Phenomenal shower! Very good restaurant and really nice staff at the front desk.

Got a room on second floor under the pool. Could hear the water movement and could not sleep all night. Wasn't ideal.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room although small, beds comfortable, modern bathroom but the stand out was the lap pool and sauna.

Great customer service at both check in, and check out. Room was comfortable and clean. Affordable parking option available right near hotel. Pool and sauna facilities great. Overall great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and centrally located with restaurant on site.

Upon check in they didn’t tell us that breakfast was in the Mr Good restaurant. The compendium which was online only, said that restaurant was only open for lunch and dinner. No mention of where breakfast is. So we went out for breakfast each day.

Room was clean and hotel is in a good location. Staff was nice but not very helpful. When asked about Mount Wellington for sunrise, I was told it was a 15 minute drive by two different staff members. It’s more of a 30-40 minute drive to the pinnacle. the hotels $25 on site parking was full and not available so I was directed to park in another lot for $17 a day, but then was told that it’s not manned 24 hours and wouldn’t be able to get car before 7am. This was after the discussion about Mount Wellington sunrise which obviously wouldn’t work. The front desk attendant seemed confused why this was a problem- duh the sun rises at 630 and after I explained this to him and I needed to ask what my alternatives were he told me that I could find parking on the street which didn’t cost me anything.

Room was fine, location was good. Advertise parking, but can’t be booked in advance. Asked about parking at check in and was told it is an off site garage that closes between midnight and 7am so couldn’t park there to leave for a 6am flight

Everything was as we would have expected. Clean room excellent breakfast friendly staff lovely stay.
