Icon on Isa

Perfect little hotel for me on business for a week. All amenities were perfect and location was great. Just a short stroll to all the eating places.

Every thing was good Stairs are a problem for me

Icon was amazing. House keepers were very helpful. Only thing to improve on would be to have a lift installed or make note of it in the details.

I enjoyed my stay here for work, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Only negative was the street noise.

Rooms are beautiful here at Icon on Isa. I prefer to stay here every time. Check in is easy with the computer interface and downstairs is a great Anytime Fitness gym. Shops, takeaway places and pubs are just walking distance away, so perfect location. Rooms are very clean and modern and spacious, and beds and pillows are very comfy. Amenities are very good too. Bar fridge, microwave and kettle super appreciated! A/C always great too.

Had another great stay here at Icon on Isa. Super Comfy, Super Quiet and great location. Cant wait to come back in July.

Everything is great clean modern easy but secure parking would be better worried about my bike out front other than that very happy

Nice hotel, very comfortable, service was great. Unfortunately all rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. Not good for anyone with mobility issues.

I did not stay there. I booked the room, it advrrtised freeparking,but ghe free parking was street parking opposite the hotel. No recrption or motel staff with available. It was street level curbside electronic checkin. The total experience was devoid of any human/staff contact. I eventually found a phone number to ring and cancel as i had paid by credit card all in all a horrible experience, particularly having to leave my car with belongings parked out on the street not even reasonably close or monitorable from the rooms i would suggest. I bpoked into another place and it was exemplary

I would have liked the convenience of somewhere to safely store luggage while waiting for check-in and after checkout. In my case, because I arrived and departed by train I had to wait for at least 4 hours prior to check -in and a similar length of time after checkout. An outside storage facility for my luggage would have been very beneficial.

Hadn’t experienced anything like this. It was very easy to check in and the facility’s were immaculate

I had a flight cancelled late on a Friday night, the ability to book into accommodation last minute, late on a Friday night was made extremely easy & stressfree by Icon on Isa! Love my stays here.

Very clean and well kept apartment.

No parking is unacceptable. Need to carry one's luggage across the (busy) street. First time checking in on arrival is complicated , especially for elderly. Location is difficult to find. We have had much better for quite a bit less (money).

Parking is an issue

Efficient self check-in, friendly staff and comfortable room

it is contactless check in. you checked-in with a machine, I did not like it. I like talk with people. I do not want this technology in future. Room is clean. you only can park your car on street. traffic noise.

Please expect to feel like in a prison cell facing garbage.

Clean and tidy, just a pity there are no reception staff to chat to about good places to eat. I found it strange and wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.
