We felt the room was a bit unsafe for young kids when we arrived but the staff worked to get some additions and it was much better. The pools were amazing, especially the indoor heated pool. The aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful, it really made you feel like you were on holidays. The only thing that would be great is a restaurant that does lunch and dinner

Friendly staff. Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Great view. Nice & quiet on 22nd floor. Ten minute walk to Cavill Avenue. I had requested 2 single beds upon booking but it was overlooked. Bathroom floor tiles have dirt ingrained in them and need a scrub. Breakfast was a let down. Secure car parking was available to us for an additional fee.

Clean spacious rooms, staff very supportive and friendly. Great selection for buffet breakfast. Tram stop 4meters from back exit, 10-20min walk from shopping district. Will be back again. Thank you to all staff.

Clean room Comfortable bed Lots of pillows to choose from Airport shuttle dropped us to the door Wifi good It was a bit annoying having to ask for more toilet paper and washing powder etc especially when we had paid to stay for a week. Great tourist info and they booked tours for us. The tram is outside the back gate and you can buy a day pass from reception for $1.50 per person for using the whole day on trams and buses. Microwave did not work and was not replaced because they have to get in contact with the owner of the apartment. This is not convenient.

There were few options to get a drink on arrival 9the pool cafe was about to close) the the front desk receptionist was not helpful when I asked if there was something nearby where I cold eat dinner. She asked if I had the uber ap and I didn't - she said you can order dinner on the Uber ap (which I repeated that I didn't have). I asked if there were menus in the room for nearby restaurants or cafes and she said no. Again, not very helpful. I was checking in around 6.00pm so not that late. Did I mention that there was no room service to order from? Hmmm.
