Room was clean and very spacious. There was lots of parking. Would definitely stay again.

I did not like being told that no room had been allocated for me when I arrived. A free drink was provided as compensation. Not good enough. I was forced to wait one hour before I could access a room. No a/c in my room on one night. A small heater was provided. I received the last one available so I was not the only one. I had to ask for compensation.

Fantastic place to stay. Very relaxing

It was a pleasure staying there. King superior room with a very comfortable bed. Very quiet and clean. I’d stay again quite easily.

Nice place, starting to look a little run down in places . In need of update. Sauna not working l, gym equip not working. Heat pool is nice.

Had an excellent stay with family. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging late check-out for us based on our circumstances. The kids live the buffet breakfast! This is our goto accommodation whenever there are sporting events at GCSL Carrara.

Everything at the resort was immaculate and well maintained from our room, the gardens, the common areas. What really stood out for me, all the staff, gardener, maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast, all had a smile and friendly greeting. Big shout out to housekeeping. Nothing says your on holiday like getting your bed made. It wasn't thrown back and rushly tucked back in like many places. The bed was made like it was our first night each day and it was a real treat. Our double queen room needed a reading light and two comfortable chairs instead of one, otherwise everything about our stay was exceptional. It's a bit out of the way for anyone without a car, but for us the 'away from the hustle and bustle' added to the tranquility.

Was just ok. Very minimal facilities in the room. No wifi. No spare blanket. Quite dated throughout. Staff and gardens were lovely. No elevators which didn’t worry us but it could bother others who might have mobility issues or luggage to haul up to the room. There were 49 stairs between the carpark and our room. We were however offered help if needed. Nothing close by so car always needed.

On arrival staff were very obliging to our needs and changed our room to suit someone with mobility challenges.

We love staying here because of the resort feel rather than a hotel and parking is easy.

People really nice, everything was clean day after day, they made a really good job.

The kettle in the room did not work. No toaster. Fridge was tiny. No room service so had to walk to/from room to reception/dining/bar. Green Restaurant was overpriced. Being on my own I was put in a corner facing the window (overlooking nothing) and forgotten about except for the basics. Will not be returning
