Very nice

Staff were friendly, room was very run down and not very clean

Clean room and accommodating staff. Comfy beds and great in room service with clean towels every day

The TV could do with an update to internet capable.

Appointed to Room 215 - curtains did not close. Went and asked for another room. - curtains closed but did not quite get to the end of windows but accepted. Noisy due to traffic. Okay re cleanliness but - tap fell off, not even screwed in on bath/shower, conditioner lid broken, lamps broken and they extend out on to the bed so pillow had to come down bed so did not hit head. Elevator - I reckon it was built in the 1940's ....the door opened before it had reached the ground. Children scared to go in it. Carpet old. Not much variety for breakfast. Chef was lovely to chat to but the ladies, not much from them plus not helpful and I asked for my drink bottle to be filled with drinking water not tap water.....her reply was I can boil a jug for you but you would have to wait until it cools down or have hot water!!!!. Cement in parking area filthy. Pool very small. Not very 'inviting'. Will never return.

Large rooms but very run down, dirty and stained carpets and furniture. musty smell in room. rubbish and food scraps on floor and under beds.

Near to shops and city friendly staff. Facility itself needs a done up

I didn’t sleep either night I stayed here. The traffic noise was horrible. They need to triple glaze their windows.

The buffet wasn’t worth the money, the bread was stale and they cook up the hot food ie bacon, so if your in a rush I wouldn’t recommend, Our room want the best, the tv didn’t work, the lights flicked on and off in the bathroom

Room was suitable for our needs. Definitely in need of an update as it was worn and tired but it was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable but the tv was small and there was no fan in the bathroom or powerpoints beside the bed.

Shower was moldy and no hot water. Bathroom had broken taps. Wornout carpets throught all halways. Parking boom perminatly broken. Elivator was missing pannels. Basically its a dump and best avoided

staff were pleasant , needs renovation.

I liked the closeness of 3 major hospitals in an area that is walking distance from each other and public transport ease and dinning options. The room I was staying in could of been cleaner the bed head was dusty and windows were not cleaned. The main window had a Brocken handle and would not close properly. Staff were great and room service was fast and efficient.

Walls were dirty, there’s no PowerPoints near the bed. There’s one on the other side of the tiny room so you can’t have your phone next to you. Expensive for what it was. Only convenient as our child was having surgery across the road the next day.

Dated, tired, run down accommodation. Dull and lifeless. Tap fell off in the shower, dirty, broken spa, bedside lamp not working and capped off (in built in wall). Squeaky bed and a good gap under the door allowing light and noise from the hallway.

The place needs to be renovated it's barely three star quality! What's with the cheap mismatching furniture in the lobby 'cafe'...looks like they put in picnic furniture from Bunnings. Could do with some facilities management training...!

Brilliant

The lift smelt like urine and the carpets needs replacing and the room was very noisy plus we had to pay $27 per night for my car. will not stay there again
