I have stayed at milano multiple times. This was the best stay at the property. The unit was very spacious, well resourced, quiet and very clean. The front desk personnel were polite and helpful. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Apartment was a little more run down than presents in the promo.... No handle on the bathroom vanity tap and the kitchen utensils were severely lacking.. no wine glasses 2 knives and 1 fork...OK for me as I was only staying 1 night.

The hotel was located near the Queen Victoria Markets and in Melbourne’s CBD. You could pay extra to park your car in their secure parkade ($30 a night). It was a serviced apartment but we had no service in the two nights we were there. It had a pool and gym which were nice amenities. It was good value for your money.
