Our stay at Miller Apartments was excellent. No it is not hip and super modern, but it is hugely spacious, hugely comfortable, has every possible amenity and more in the apartment, and the location really can't be beaten. Communication from staff was exceptional and an early check-in at 9.30am was fantastic. We could not have been happier and will definitely stay here again when visiting Adelaide.

The location and parking was important especially as the weather was wet and cold. We had an event walking distant from the hotel, we also had access to a restaurant for dinner and a cafe for breakfast. The tea and coffee making and toiletries in bathroom suited us as it was an overnight stay. The website needs to be updated as it stated need to use stairs, no mention of lift.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Miller Apartments. We stayed in an Two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which was so spacious and had everything we needed, loved the added bonus of a spa bath. The reception staff were fantastic, prompt answering questions before our arrival. The onsite carpark is also very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff at the counter were nice. The maintenance guy was excellent. The location was great with Rundle Mall just 5 mins walk away. However, despite signs telling us that the place has been thoroughly cleaned, majority of the cups (we did not use any others) were stained or chipped. The kettle was not pleasant....to say the least, we bought a kettle from K-mart for our use for the 3-night trip. The toilet bowls were extremely dirty. The rim of the bowl had brown stains all over where the water is comes out. As we were just there for a short trip, we told the cleaners it was not necessary to change our towels so as to be more environmentally friendly. To our horror, the cleaner took the floor towel which we left outside of the shower area to dry our feet and placed it on top of my shower towel as she cleaned the floor of the bathroom before placing back after. Tissue that had dropped on the floor were left there after housekeeping. We were promised a bottle of wine when we booked. We did not receive it and after chasing and answering a ton of questions from the staff, we finally got our wine. It was a wild goose chase with counter blaming housekeeping, housekeeping not knowing anything and so on. That was not a very pleasant experience. As expected, the car park is narrow so do drive with care. Be aware that each entry or exit of the carpark, we have to buzz the counter. The first greeting at the car park entrance will be the bins, just fyi.

This was the perfect place for my one night in Adelaide CBD, and excellent value for money. On top of that, my booking came with a complimentary bottle of wine. As an apartment accommodation is is perfectly equipped, clean and comfy.

I stayed for 4 nights. It would have been good to have a clean teatowel part way through, a dish drainer and a scrubber for tea stains on the mugs etc. One of the wardrobe doors in the bedroom was very hard to open and close. Staff were very helpful and it was good to have a laundry. A fee was charged after check out and I would appreciate what it was for.
