I had a wonderful stay, great location and staff were so helpful and friendly including housekeeping for my entire business stay. The common hallway however smelled very strong of spices which radiated into my room..... And it remained for the full 5 days. Other than that, I would stay again.

Our stay at Miller Apartments was excellent. No it is not hip and super modern, but it is hugely spacious, hugely comfortable, has every possible amenity and more in the apartment, and the location really can't be beaten. Communication from staff was exceptional and an early check-in at 9.30am was fantastic. We could not have been happier and will definitely stay here again when visiting Adelaide.

The staff at the counter were nice. The maintenance guy was excellent. The location was great with Rundle Mall just 5 mins walk away. However, despite signs telling us that the place has been thoroughly cleaned, majority of the cups (we did not use any others) were stained or chipped. The kettle was not pleasant....to say the least, we bought a kettle from K-mart for our use for the 3-night trip. The toilet bowls were extremely dirty. The rim of the bowl had brown stains all over where the water is comes out. As we were just there for a short trip, we told the cleaners it was not necessary to change our towels so as to be more environmentally friendly. To our horror, the cleaner took the floor towel which we left outside of the shower area to dry our feet and placed it on top of my shower towel as she cleaned the floor of the bathroom before placing back after. Tissue that had dropped on the floor were left there after housekeeping. We were promised a bottle of wine when we booked. We did not receive it and after chasing and answering a ton of questions from the staff, we finally got our wine. It was a wild goose chase with counter blaming housekeeping, housekeeping not knowing anything and so on. That was not a very pleasant experience. As expected, the car park is narrow so do drive with care. Be aware that each entry or exit of the carpark, we have to buzz the counter. The first greeting at the car park entrance will be the bins, just fyi.

Excellent property and location. Only slight negative is that the door to the rooms are not sound proof, when I was at the back of the apartment I could clearly hear every conversation from the corridor outside the apartment.

Here’s a shortened version (about 50% reduced): Upon arrival after an eight-hour drive, we were met at the front desk by a young woman whose attitude was rude and unwelcoming. We were tired and expecting a simple, smooth check-in, but were instead made to feel like an inconvenience. We were told dismissively that because we booked through a third-party site, our details were not readily available. The interaction felt unhelpful and cold rather than supportive. The most disappointing moment came when she said, “If you don’t want to stay here, maybe you should find alternative accommodation,” in a smug tone. While the manager later attempted to resolve the situation, the initial experience significantly impacted our impression of the stay.

Good central location to shops and public transport. Close to Torrens river walk and footy ground. Noisy sometimes at night. Our room and especially the bed very comfortable and clean. However the bedroom wall didn’t go to the ceiling which was a disadvantage as lounge and kitchen noise and light came through into the bedroom, so no sleep ins!

The location and parking was important especially as the weather was wet and cold. We had an event walking distant from the hotel, we also had access to a restaurant for dinner and a cafe for breakfast. The tea and coffee making and toiletries in bathroom suited us as it was an overnight stay. The website needs to be updated as it stated need to use stairs, no mention of lift.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Miller Apartments. We stayed in an Two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which was so spacious and had everything we needed, loved the added bonus of a spa bath. The reception staff were fantastic, prompt answering questions before our arrival. The onsite carpark is also very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Millers Apartments delivers solid, quality accommodation across the board. The room was spotless and well-designed, and the CBD location puts you within walking distance of everything. What impressed most was the service. The team accommodated a late checkout without hesitation and upgraded us to an Executive room complimentary — those are the kinds of touches that show they actually care about guests.
