The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful with a large variety to choose from each morning. The indoor pool was a highlight for us as me we swam every day even during a cold snap. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Room was overall clean but there were clear water damage on the ceiling above the door and the shower looks pretty worn with mould seen in many parts of the silicone seal around the shower.

Great location was so close to everything. Rooms were good, bed wasn't the most comfortable but wasn't the worst bed I've slept in. Breakfast was OK but we only ate once out of 2 days. Overall, it was a good hotel, and we would definitely stay their again.

Great location and all staff were helpful and friendly, even staff members who were just passing in the hallways. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is well appointed. Property is showing some signs of disrepair. Well priced and family friendly even though there was also a lot of business guests

Still by far the best value for money stay with young family. Removed stars on this occasion, on the basis that the fire and evacuation alarm went off. We observed staff who did not follow evacuation processes. There was no warden visible and it was evident staff didn’t participate in the evacuation.
