Great value family stay in the heart of Melbourne! Rating: 4/5 We recently stayed at the Pegasus Aparthotel for a family vacation with our two children, and it was a fantastic choice for our trip. The Highlights: Convenient Location: Being so close to the Queen Victoria Market made getting food and exploring the city incredibly easy. Having grocery stores and great coffee shops right nearby was a huge plus for us as a family. Comfortable Stay: The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We stayed on level 18 and the views of the city were beautiful—definitely a highlight of our stay. Family-Friendly Amenities: Having a laundry facility on level 1 was very convenient. While there is a small cost to use it, it was well worth it to have that option available on-site during our trip. Overall Impression: The Pegasus Aparthotel offers excellent value for money. It is an affordable, comfortable, and practical option for families wanting to be close to the action in Melbourne. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pegassis is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very nice. We would recommend any person looking for a Melbourne stay. It is a 5 minute walk to Queen Victoria Markets. Buffet Breakfast is really good.

Clean room, great value coffee available downstairs from 6 am. Room was noisy overnight. I’m not sure what it was but it something turning on and off constantly. If you’re use to noise it’s no biggie but I’m not. Rooms clean and housekeeping respectful. Security great too.

An absolute horrible experience staying with Pegasus! They gave us an accessible room that literally looked and felt like a prison cell. When asked if we can change rooms, they told us there is nothing else available wheninfact they did have something available (as I found later) but needed is to pay extra $. The next day I asked to beoved and they said they can move is but we have to check out of the original room and wait until the next one is available. We waited for hours before demanding that we get a room as we have a baby that needed a bed to have his nap. Their breakfast option were very basic and time consuming, waiting for coffee, customers to make pancakes themselves, slow restocking of the food and drink items.. The only good thing about this hotel was the hot tub. Never coming here again.

The A/C was set to cold.The cleaning staff did a good job keeping the room clean. The front desk staff was helpfull in booking tours. The breakfast could use an upgrade to allow food to leavethe building.

Where do I start. Hotel is in the middle of UNi area catering to overseas students. It’s hard to walk the local area…slow walkers with faces in phones…100s of them. Room….2nd floor…a lever supplied to open windows…when opened cooking smells flowed in…plus the noise from air conditioners deafening. Even with windows closed. Apartment had little natural light. Very odd blinds on windows that were terrible to operate. Kitchen layout bizzare…microwave at floor level…along with room safe. China and cutlery at floor level. Hot water in shower terrible and low pressure. Oddly the light switches for lounge area were by front door only…middle of night trying to turn on if needed impossible. Doors on kitchen cabinets and bedroom almost impossible to open. Have reviewed many properties over the years…never one negative. But this property was totally weird. Almost needed a torch in daytime…so dark. Staff were wonderful.

Clean room Wish the breakfast menu would be different on a daily because the experience would not be the best if you booked multiple days and had to eat the same thing every single morning. Loved the pool, wish the spa pool would be a bit more warm.
