The "likes" for 16 days of stay - a home away from home :
a) The location is very close to Chadstone Shopping Mall, Subway, Hungry Jacks and Oakleigh etc
b) The bed, pillows and bedding were superb and clean
c) The sofa/bed was very comfortable and clean
d) The bathroom was clean and has hot water on the fly - the complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were superb!
e) The concealed washing machine and dryer was a life saver, it was sound proof while in operation - Kudos! Not forgetting about the mobile drying rack!
f) The utensils provided were clean and adequate for light cooking
g) Carpark was ample and ease of access from 2 entry/exit zones
h) I was lucky to be allocated in the non-road facing unit with a balcony - peaceful rest and beautiful views on bright sunny days!
i) Last but not least, the complimentary Nespresso pods with the machine - Nice touch!
The "improvements" :
a) Shower head with flexible tubing instead of the short arm version (semi-flexible)
b) A mobile heater fan (the affordable one from KMart @ AUD 15)

Good location, with off street paid parking. Rooms are clean and modern. Some of the rooms are currently (June 2026) going through some freshen ups but not really too much of a nuisance. overall a comfortable stay.

Convenient location and close to Chadstone shopping centre. Bathroom was tired looking and the cupboards were falling apart.
It was a bit noisy as my room was on the side facing the major roads.

Good location, close to chadstone Shopping Centre. Cups in cupboard were not clean & had to scrub them with scoura & Washing machine powder. This may have been due to a guest who didn't bother to clean cups & just put them into the cupboard dirty. Room was very small would be better to remove the table and the office chair on wheels.

Limited undercover parking but regardless of whether parking was undercover or in the open the charge was a flat $15 extra per night. Toaster was supplied but it did not work. No milk - fresh or long life UHT - was provided and their lame excuse was because the milk they had was past its use by date!

Property was close to our destination but that’s about it.
First we’re given the wrong room and then moved to a balcony room as requested with filthy chairs and aircon taking up the entire space.
Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever paid to sleep in. Partner and I were smooshed together into the saggy middle all night.
Old stained mugs, no teaspoons, no face cloths. Just a real lack of attention to detail.
Split system was so loud it almost drowned out the traffic noise.
Paid way too much to stay here, even paid extra for outside car space
Never again.

Very lovely staff . Clean property . Good internet . Only issue is that people had a fight on the room next to me and were calling each other names right outside my room’s door . One of them finally left and slammed the door- went to another room , then came out and was knocking the door. All that took place around 01:00 the morning

Loud noises from building. Same noise every 3 mins throughout the night. Maybe the AC or a neighboring rooms refrigerator. Very loud, and impressive you can hear it over the 13 lane road next to the hotel.

The room was lovely but sadly it was noisy and there was no sleeping in that traffic never stops. The room did not have adequate supply of tea or coffee or any sugar or milk so we will not be coming back ever! Other persons checking out were also complaining

Booked a one bedroom apartment. Clean and quite spacious. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. As we drove from Adelaide, we were able to park onsite.
Walking distance to Oakleigh.
Nice Chinese restaurant next door (we ordered take away).
