Booked a one bedroom apartment. Clean and quite spacious. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. As we drove from Adelaide, we were able to park onsite. Walking distance to Oakleigh. Nice Chinese restaurant next door (we ordered take away). We would stay there again.

駅からも近く、メルボルン東部に用事がある時にはここがお勧め。部屋はとても広く、自分の家のようにゆっくりと生活ができる。洗濯機などの設備も揃っていて、住むのにとても便利。一人では少しもったいないくらい充実している。

このアパートメントホテルは、長期出張にとても適したホテルです。充実したキッチン、乾燥機付き洗濯機、大きめな事務机など長期出張で必要なものが揃っています。特に、オーストラリアは、物価が高いため長期出張者には毎日の外食は、懐に厳しいとろろです。このホテルのキッチンは、全て揃っていますので自炊するのには、もってこいです。冷蔵庫も大きめな冷蔵庫が完備されていますので、多めに作って冷凍保存も可能です。

仕事の都合でこちらへ一週間宿泊しました。食器なども全て揃っていたので料理もできましたし、清潔な部屋で快適に過ごせました。包丁が欠けていてよく切れないのが気になりました。食器洗浄器でみんながなんでも洗ってしまうからと思います。

Very disappointing as we were informed that the room was unavailable on the day we were due to book in. Accordingly we can’t respond to questions about the property. Expedia should review recommending this establishment.

Convenient location and close to Chadstone shopping centre. Bathroom was tired looking and the cupboards were falling apart. It was a bit noisy as my room was on the side facing the major roads. Communication was very good.

Good location, close to chadstone Shopping Centre. Cups in cupboard were not clean & had to scrub them with scoura & Washing machine powder. This may have been due to a guest who didn't bother to clean cups & just put them into the cupboard dirty. Room was very small would be better to remove the table and the office chair on wheels.

Limited undercover parking but regardless of whether parking was undercover or in the open the charge was a flat $15 extra per night. Toaster was supplied but it did not work. No milk - fresh or long life UHT - was provided and their lame excuse was because the milk they had was past its use by date!

Property was close to our destination but that’s about it. First we’re given the wrong room and then moved to a balcony room as requested with filthy chairs and aircon taking up the entire space. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever paid to sleep in. Partner and I were smooshed together into the saggy middle all night. Old stained mugs, no teaspoons, no face cloths. Just a real lack of attention to detail. Split system was so loud it almost drowned out the traffic noise. Paid way too much to stay here, even paid extra for outside car space Never again.

Very lovely staff . Clean property . Good internet . Only issue is that people had a fight on the room next to me and were calling each other names right outside my room’s door . One of them finally left and slammed the door- went to another room , then came out and was knocking the door. All that took place around 01:00 the morning

Loud noises from building. Same noise every 3 mins throughout the night. Maybe the AC or a neighboring rooms refrigerator. Very loud, and impressive you can hear it over the 13 lane road next to the hotel.

The room was lovely but sadly it was noisy and there was no sleeping in that traffic never stops. The room did not have adequate supply of tea or coffee or any sugar or milk so we will not be coming back ever! Other persons checking out were also complaining
