I really enjoyed my stay here. The room looked exactly like the photos; it was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and even let me check in early. The location is right in the center and close to the famous Lune. I would definitely stay here again.

I had two nights where my room had cigarette smoke that had come from an Adjoining room to the point I needed to wash clothes that were out in my room. One of those nights I had to find alternative accommodation as the smell was overwhelming and the front desk staff said their was nothing they could do. Every year for the last 10 year I spend around a month in this hotel however this may be the last as the quality has dropped substantially

A dark hotel with constant loud music and ridiculous sexual messaging in the elevators! Breakfast served at table in a dark room, service slow and everything arrived at same time. Room dark but bed comfortable. Staff friendly.

The room was one of the Deluxe Exec rooms but they are on the front of hotel over the very noisy street making it hard to sleep. Shower also did not drain properly flooding entire bathroom area. We chose to move to Sofitel after two days and QT hotel was very helpful in allowing us to check out early/ change given our issues.

A wonderfully artisan hotel with beautifully appointed decor both in the common areas as well as in the room. The location is very close to the theatre district so it was easy to go to a great restaurant nearby and walk to see our show. Would highly recommended to people looking for a “cool vibe” and also appreciate sophistication.

Check in time was meant to be 3:00pm, the room wasn't ready, we were asked to wait for a text message while room cleaning was prioritised, 40mins later I enquired again and was told the room is ready, what happened to the text? Checking out 11:00am Sunday was told to wait a short amount of time while our car was retrieved from valet parking, after watching three people get their car that checked out after us a QT employee asked what we were waiting for, he then retrieved our car about 45mins after checkout. Not great service for an expensive room.
