A complimentary water bottle is the least one can expect. Their all night menu items were not available,. Staff at the reception, this one particular lady- racist, had a terrible attitude- think her name’scAshley (blonde, side parted hair) I don’t think I’d be recommending QT to my colleagues/friends.

Loved this hotel! Checked in at 11pm at night on a Friday and the rooftop bar was in full swing but that’s the sort of thing that makes QT fab. Great staff both in check in and out!

Great location, great rooms, great shower. Only detractor from 5 star review was odd room cleaning times meaning our room wasn’t serviced between 12-4pm for 2 out of 4 days. First world problem. Still remains my go to hotel in Melbourne and look forward to returning.

I had two nights where my room had cigarette smoke that had come from an Adjoining room to the point I needed to wash clothes that were out in my room.
One of those nights I had to find alternative accommodation as the smell was overwhelming and the front desk staff said their was nothing they could do.
Every year for the last 10 year I spend around a month in this hotel however this may be the last as the quality has dropped substantially

The room was one of the Deluxe Exec rooms but they are on the front of hotel over the very noisy street making it hard to sleep. Shower also did not drain properly flooding entire bathroom area.
We chose to move to Sofitel after two days and QT hotel was very helpful in allowing us to check out early/ change given our issues.
