I booked a studio room and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was excellent.
The staff was very friendly.

My wife slipped when getting in bath/shower smashed her face really bad two black eyes on reporting it was informed tme she was not the first person to do this and where trying to resolve the problem this spoiled our holiday no compensation was offered

I've stayed here for work multiple times and the absolute number one thing that annoys me is the $20 extra charge to park in the hotels own car park. Seems a bit of a rip off.
Otherwise the property is great, rooms are big and quiet and very clean.

For some reason we were given a disability room, the shower head was uncontrollable as a normal shower. The bathroom flooded, my clothes I was about to wear got saturated, the lady at reception was lovely, room clean
