I have tried several hotels in the Penrith area. Quest is the best at the moment, especially for their welcoming guests. They are very friendly and make things easy for me. Every 3 or 4 months I go to Penrith for a vacation, I will go to Quest again.

We arrived arrived the property only to be told there was only street or train station parking available! All a huge walk away (with luggage and nobody would dare leave their car at Penrith Station overnight!) We drove around a huge block twice (before having to stop on a crossing, just to let me hop out to get to Reception); my partner kept circling the block looking for a parking spot. I told them to cancel the booking and lost my money. They emailed (not rang) to advise a car spot suddenly was available for $30!! By then, we'd booked elsewhere. I was livid! When asked why they didn't ring me, they said EXPEDIA DONT FORWARD PHONE NUMBERS on to the hotels !! Why Why Why? Never ever again will I use expedia or suggest Quest Penrith to anyone.

I had Hamza as a receptionist. He was amazing. He was very nice and genuine. It felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot and I was talking to somebody that cared about his job. He made this process very easy. I would rate service 5 out of 5 ! But I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 just due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely nothing to do with the service I got from the employees !! I cannot appreciate them enough quest Penrith should be really fortunate for the employees they have. Really made me smile

The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose
