We love this place with our family

Everything about the resort was great, multiple pools & spas, lots of activities if you've got some free time, there is also a horse in a paddock on the property that loves a pet. Only downside was the indian at check in trying to sell us some timeshare promotion bs

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including a kitchen, lounge room, toilet separate to the bathroom, washer and dryer. It was perfect for my partner and I, and our two kids. There was plenty of wildlife around the resort like ducks, grey baron geese, possums and cows in the field behind our villa. I would recommend staying here if you ever visit Phillip Island. The resort itself was central to everything you need.

The place was terrible. The bed was from old war days could feel all the springs, it was hard. When husband moved I felt like I was n a trampoline. Left at 1 in the morning cause we both couldn’t sleep. It is rated as 5 star and paying 3 hundred for 1 night I expected a lot more

Great accommodation in a fantastic location

We went for the penguin parade and had to stay a night in Phillip island, choices were limited thus I felt my best bet is on a four star hotel… It may just not suit us that’s all. It was a cabin. It was winter and the rooms have no heater and it’s sooo cold. Also interesting there are no AC in rooms meaning in summer isn’t it going to be super hot? There’s just fans if you don’t mind. The sheets were dusty and at night there are noises from outside probably due to wild life but this kept me awake the whole night lol. The tap and shower when turned on, brown water came running out. Didn’t freak out just knew that no one had stayed in our cabin for quite a while I guess. It just probably didn’t suit us but you may like it. Thanks!

Great property, polite staff

The cottages were clean and ours was freshly painted it seemed. Service was wonderful and the resort kept the property clean. Perfect for families with kids and families that love the outdoors. The food was good at the restaurant and bar. The resort is in close distance to shopping and the beach.

Disappointed in the property. Master bedroom door didn’t close, tiles in the main bathroom were loose. The couch was dirty. The lamp in one of the rooms was broken. Aircon only in the main area, fans provided for bedrooms, but wouldn’t be sufficient in summer. The staff were good to deal with and lovely.

Property was clean and very accommodating, staff was friendly and even gave us a free upgrade. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The lounge was really dirty, overall inside was very tried. Outside, good facilities. Kids loved it

The bike tracks were excellent for the 4 and 6 year old grandkids. Maybe change the image on the website which shows an eroded path and replace with a more recent shot showing safe gravel pathway. Kids loved the resident possum who was incredibly tame and angling to get through the ajar doorway. Fortunately he/she was very quiet at night. Variety of pools was great depending on the age of the clients.

Phillip Island has much to offer. We stayed here on our coastal road trip. The resort is several separate cabins. Parking was right in front. We arrived early and they checked us in early. It is centrally located with easy access to the activities of Phillip Island.
