Breakfast buffet was standard No apps or chrome cast available on tv only able to watch local channels No water pressure in shower Standard room - disappointed due price as we did not get value for money - would hv received exactly the same service and amenities from a hotel/motel at half the price

Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a day of golf. The TV, however, did not allow for use of Netflix or Prime Video, and was very confusing to find just free to air channels. We were so tired it didn't matter too much. Our room was also located near the freeway which made for a very noisy night. Ear plugs would have helped. There was lots of on sight parking.

A/c thermostat couldn’t control settings in room so we froze , shower leaked water all over floor Didnt even fall to floor waste, slip hazard and then to get into shower/ bath was a joke so small and dangerous to get in and out of , loud music was playing till late so not the best when we wanted to relax

Do not stay here, you will be kept up all night from the noisy HVAC system which can’t be turned off.

Smooth and easy stay staff were amazing making a relaxing stay very enjoyable

The bed is the comfiest ive ever slept in ,but the bathroom was filthy and outdated

The bathroom in the disability room was very spacious with a shower chair & a pull-down bench seat that was very useful. Plenty of space to move around the room.

Not bad for what it is I guess. Limited room service menu and all average food tbh. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was again average, but had eveything you need.

Room spotless; staff terrific

This hotel was an absolute disappointment. The check‑in process was a joke, one person on reception meant an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait. It set the tone for what turned out to be a consistently poor experience. The bar staff were no better. Rude, dismissive, and apparently unable to make even a simple cocktail properly. Basic hospitality skills were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary water. Meanwhile, the Grace Hotel in the city is out here providing a complimentary minibar and actual service, making this Rydges look like a budget motel pretending to be something it’s not. Overall, this place is a masterclass in how to charge full price while delivering the absolute bare minimum. A complete disgrace of a hotel.
