Friendly and helpful staff and the room was excellent

Exceptional Room, Exceptional Front Desk and Valet service

The room was fine, clean, tidy, good fittings etc, and the house-keeping and foyer staff teams were great. The breakfast was expensive for what it was, in my opinion, and the pool looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. There were boxer shorts at the boolttom of the pool and wound dressing, plasters, around the pool that were there for the 3 days I attended the pool. I stopped using the pool as i attended the third time as I noted again that the wound plasters were still there, and the water had gone murky. The gym was ok for a hotel facility but there was some issues with a couple of pieces of equipment. And on departure we were overcharged for parking despite having had conversations with staffers on 2 occasions to have this rectified. All-in-all not a bad place to stay, but it could have been better.

Sofitel Adelaide is a very nice hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and a high standard of cleanliness. The property itself reflects the quality and elegance you would expect from the Sofitel brand. The only drawback is the location. While it is convenient for business or short stays, there isn’t much happening within walking distance, particularly for dining, shopping, or entertainment. Guests looking for a more vibrant area may need to rely on transportation to explore the city. Overall, it’s a well-appointed hotel offering comfort and quality, especially if location is not a primary concern.

Benches in room were dirty and had not been wiped / cleaned. Room had cracked tiles in the shower. Pool area had tiles missing from around the pool.

Breakfast was good. Long wait on coffee. People who came in after us got their coffees first. Rooms are clean and luxury, staff are my best friends and air con works great. Fridge didn't work but got replaced without us even knowing

Room is good relaxing and clean. But the pool area, sauna at Mens area not working and a tile at the left side of the pool needs repair and shampoo and conditioner were empty needs refill esp on peak days. Overall I still recommend staying at sofitel. Will comeback for sure.

Great hotel, comfortable room, good amenities, central location. We moved here after a very uncomfortable experience at the Mayfair with aweful bed and tired room - the Sofitel was MUCH better.

Not worth spending so much, hitel rooms are average 3/4 star hotel. Overly priced hotel. Buffet was just standard below par quality.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Most of the hot buffet was dried out and not fresh looking. Little choices of bread selection or if they had choices, nothing was replenished. Also we were woken up early at about 0800hrs with an alarm sounding, it sounded like a fire door alarm and it was so annoying.

Lovely clean, spacious room with good bathroom, and convenient powerpoints for mobiles by bed. Plenty of towels. Staff were wonderful - incredibly helpful and professional. Shower was a bit gentle and the Balmain shampoo/gel products are not great, they don't wash very well.

Great staff, great location. Really loved the pool.
