Great place to stay breakfast fantastix

Great Location & awesome breakfast! Coffee was on point.

A beautiful property with amazing staff and a touch of french pizazz!

So close to everything, the coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee, the restaurants within the hotel are great.

The food was halal which was a very big bonus

Long waiting lines at reception, very slow check in and staff not interested in explaining too much about the hotel. In room breakfast was expensive and very basic. Upon check out we wasn’t even asked if we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn’t return.

The Club Prestige Suite was fantastic! Plenty of space; two toilets, bathroom with shower and large bathtub, connecting passage way, seperate walk-in robe area, seperate living room and seperate King Bedroom. Clean and in excellent condition. Bathroom well appointed and large. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and evening turn-down service where they prepare the kettle and tea for you. King Bed very comfortable and fresh. Wonderful lighting options, great technology and TV Channels and connectivity to the TV for Airplay. The Club Milleseme exclusive access was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and snacks included. Wonderful service and experience.

Overall the property was excellent. Very stylish with great service. The Superior King Room had many dusty surfaces, dirty grime bathroom floors, stained carpet, chipped crockery, stained and damaged surfaces. King bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the technology in the room, especially the lighting options and electric curtains!

The card reader wouldn’t work in the lift to get to our room, had to go back and wait in line which was frustrating. The inhouse dining $40 Breakfast was very average and not worth it. When I turned the shower to hot water it turned off, tried everything, gave up and had a cold shower. For the cost of the room I expect more.

Beautiful hotel. Nice and quiet, the staff take it to a whole new level. The breakfast and staff were fantastic. Can’t wait to return for another stay.

Very comfortable, friendly staff and great location. Always stay here when in Adelaide.

Tried to double charge us! We paid in advance via expedia, they required a credit card on arrival. After we left they debited $500 on the card. Luckily we picked it up and got them to refund after a few days.Apart from that the rooms and views are excellent although you may here some nightclub noise from Hindley street.

Suite was spacious and clean, amazing room! Would definitely return!
