The room we had was in alot of need of updating. Clean and tidy, however, needs a revamp. Always got a parking spot. Convenient to shops, everything was in walking distance. Staff friendly.

I keep coming back to Soldiers so that says it all. The staff are wonderful and the motel is clean and quiet. My room was amazing (I got a special one!). Highly recommended.

Good hotel no probs

The car parking bays are very tight and there is limited spaces.The receptionist was very helpful.Room was clean and spacious although the bathroom could do with an update.

Had a lovely stay in Mudgee, the motel is convenient to town, hotels and lots of cafes and of course wineries. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom needs a Reno, spa bath was cracked and wall talks had been painted but paint was peeling. I would pull the bathtub out and just put a shower and vanity in the bathroom as was in the room and doubled as kitchen sink. The vanity cupboard was water damaged and needed replacing. Overall great stay , but definitely needs bath oom update.

The room iself was very nice but corners of the room and windowsills were very dirty and congested with dust and fluff. There was a lot of unsightly junk in the back yard which we could see from our window.

Our room was very spacious with adequate hanging and storage space. The office and cleaning staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate our needs. Off street parking was available. The motel was located close to eateries and shopping.

Conveniently placed accommodation near all amenities and a reasonable price.

Old room and bed to match. The mattress protector had many pilled cotton ( tiny cotton balls) that stuck into you when lying on the bed. I pulled the sheets back to see what it was and in addition to that, there was someones scab or dried snot in the mattress protector. Very thin walls, could here the guests in the room above me and the air conditioned was to loud. Workmen rummaging out the back in the shed early was disturbing as was the cleaning lady that just used her key and walked in without even knocking at 10.02am. Don't stay here, it's the same price for much better quality hotels around Mudgee. Room 12.
