Truly a five star hotel !! The lobby was grand, check-in was a breeze, staff were very polite and professional. I had an excellent view of the river and the lit up bridge at night on the 12th floor. Beddings were crisp and clean. Very large toilet and bath. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Had healthy and not so healthy choices.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views. Breakfast was delicious. Parking facilities were amazing. Room was just a little tired. Mattress was uncomfortable. Shower you had to step over bath ledge that felt like I was doing the splits. And then the shower curtain and little water pressure. I flew in the day after my husband and he informed them I would be arriving when he was at a business conference, but on arrival they would not let me check in, even though I had made the booking and it was on my phone. So I was left to sit in the cold lobby to wait for him to return. Had the reservation on my phone and the credit card that made the booking, but that was not enough.

A pleasant hotel in a great location by the river and gardens, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were both large, and the views were lovely. The staff were very polite and accommodating, which made the stay comfortable and easy!

Property was a shadow of its former self . Carpets filthy, room furniture smelled and there was no attempt or willingness of staff to change room or offending furniture. The hotel seems to now cater to short term work groups and overnight occupancy only, International travelers are not considered, no electrical adapters ( I bought an extra one and gave it to the concierge for the next overseas guest ). No express check out . The reception staff, while polite took ages for the smallest transaction. - too many trainees. The position of the hotel is superb which is why I’ve stayed there but not anymore ,
