The room was a perfect size for my family, loved the full kitchen and laundry, large dining table and two large sofas. Beds were very comfy, air conditioning worked well and bathroom was clean and adequate. There was no noise from other tenants and the street outside was relatively quiet, a good end of the city. We used the pool which was clean and a good size.
The only negative was limited car parks for guests as these are mostly reserved for permanent tenants. The upper level carpark has very steep staircase access to the mezzanine floor, no disabled access so not a suitable carpark for me.
I would recommend this accommodation for family groups and anyone who needs a central city location without being in the congested heart of the city.

Convenient to Perth CBD, couple minute walk to free bus service that took you into CBD in 10 minutes.
Next door to a convenience store that had a variety of items that were reasonably priced.
Free undercover parking.

The room is very spacious. Cooking and laundry facilities are available. However, after 6 PM, you have to enter through the garage door and clean the room yourself. Although there is a deposit, if you don't damage the equipment, you won't be charged.

the receptionist very bad , they will push you sign unfair agreement, after you bought and paid via traveloka ( you have no choice to sign or not to sleep), they breach the fair trading act. receptionist 9 am to 11 am and 3 pm to 4 pm only weekday, other than that you can not find any receptionist. the service of receiptionist extremely rude.

The location and the room is huge but (not trying to be racist) the white stuff are nice but there is an indian guy who is not nice at all, very rude, later on I checked the google review and everyone was talking about the same thing about that man. Also the front desk is close at 7pm so if you gonna go out after 7 you gotta find the back door which is a bit tricky.

The smell of the room is not good it smells cigarette. The sad thing is I am with my baby and it smells like that hope it can be better.

Apartment, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, full amenities, clean, with balcony. Location is a bit far from the center and there are few shops around. However, there is a convenience store. Below is a coffee shop and bakery. It's a pity that the reception is not open 24 hours, so if you check in, you must pay attention to their working hours.

Resepsionis nya tidak standby 24 jam, jadi harus mandiri 😁 Jika ada pertanyaan atau request tertentu, segera hubungi team reservasi. Pada note pemesanan, tinggalkan alamat email. Atau langsung telepon ke hotel untuk dapat alamat email tim reservasi. Lokasi apartemen bagus, cukup dekat dengan halte cat. 1 unit bisa menampung 4 orang, tapi bisa maks 5 orang. Rent price nya tergantung jumlah orang menginap. Lengkap dengan dapur, mesin cuci, kamar mandi & toilet hanya ada 1 tapi terpisah. Sedikit berdebu buat yang sensitive, jadi prepare pelindung tambahan aja.
