Very modern, very soundproof, very comfy bed and pillows

The room was lovely and clean, the beds were super comfy, couldn’t fault the room at all. Upon arrival we were given our coupons for the breakfast I had paid for while booking, unfortunately there was no pre warning that there would be no breakfast due to kings birthday, the alternative didn’t work for our needs. Upon checking out is where our issues arose, we were told we had been charged $100 for the breakfast on our first morning but they could also see that we had prepaid during booking for breakfast and couldn’t explain why we were now being charged more for breakfast. Told we would be contacted about this mishap but have yet to hear anything back and still have not received our $100 bond back. The communication between the Farmacy and the hotel is horrible, the Farmacy isn’t open for lunch or dinner over the weekend and we were also informed by other guests that it wasn’t even available Friday night which they weren’t told about and had to find alternatives which isn’t a whole lot for the area

It was exactly as pictured, loved the art and deco in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ample parking available that could be used and charged at a daily rate. Quiet and safe family friendly accommodation, public transport available. Short drive to the city.

Room is very clean. So frustrating you can’t call reception. You always have to go through Accor bookings. I think this is a wonderful hotel but the whole management of bookings and enquires is annoying. Also needs room service.

They should have removed the gym from their advertisement. I book based on location and amenities. I found this musleading as they no longer can offer this service. Completely misleading the dissapointing.

Restaurants, takeaways and mini mart in the same complex

Bathtub can be slippery when getting in and out. Breakfast quality is only mediocre, not worth $25. Otherwise everything is very good to excellent.

Has a wonderful flair. Rooms are spacious with big windows. Modern simple with all the comforts

Everything was amazing

Great location right beside the RCH, can park the car in the hospital car park for a discounted rate. Rooms were lovely and clean. Reception staff very helpful and breakfast was delicious
