This was an overnight stay.
Arrived late night, ordered a really good Thai meal made on the premises then slept like a baby on the super comfy bed.
Breakfast was included , very basic but just what was needed for an early start.

The room was good for our purposes- a stop over on a long road trip. The shower was hot and the aircon cool, and nice big TV. Tea and coffee a biscuit if you want. Handy to places for meals, and breakfast is provided which was really a bonus. We would stay again.

Pleasant for people on a budget. If you can afford more, perhaps stay somewhere else with less noise.
If noise does not affect you, then it is a reasonable place to stay.

For an overnight stay we found this motel very handy as it had a lovely Thai restaurant ( take away only) on the premises and a free dine in continental breakfast buffet so we didn't have to worry about organising food!!

Very old and smelt of bleach. Bathroom had cracked tiles and dirty. Fridge in cupboard that was rotting away. Wouldn’t stay there again. Free breakfast if you want to sit in a room that has no windows and finish by 8.30 so we opted not to eat breakfast.

Noone was available for check in until approx quarter past 2pm. Not a massive problem just inconvenient when we had kiddos who had been travelling for several hours and needed toilet etc.
The 5th bed hadn't been made up and we needed to request sheets. No doona on the beds and the room got very cold.
Unable to simply order a drink or milk from the adjacent restaurant, however ampol is just down the road.
Just small inconveniences and didn't ruin our stay. The room was adequate for our needs.
The complimentary breakfast was a lovely addition and was generous including dietary options (alternative milks / gluten free cereal and bread).
