The hotel is in an excellent location, tram stop across the road . Our room had a wonderful view from the bed 😃 Reception Staff were very helpful , the breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff were very helpful & friendly. The rooftop bar is outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back

Lovely fragrance as you enter reception. Very smart and tidy. Fleet bar is excellent, good service and views. One Queen restaurant had a good dinner selection of food which was delicious, same for breakfast. Hotel is perfectly situated to everything.

The staff at reception were so helpful and kind. The entire process was super easy and the hotel itself is literally a vibe. We were on the last three days of a 19 day trip across several Australian cities and the spacious and well decorated CLEAN room was a perfect fit for us. Very glad to have stayed here!

The room was lovely with a view of the Yarra River and quite spacious. The guy at check in was a bit aloof - would have preferred friendlier person. Other staff seemed friendly enough. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Overall, was a great hotel for the price and location.
