We've stayed in this hotel for eight nights in two rooms, overall the in-room facilities are quite OK, however, the design of the bathroom is very inconvenient to guests. They said "separate shower" but in fact the shower heads are located right in the bathroom without any separation, therefore when you having a shower almost the whole bathroom would get wet. House keeping is another failure, every day there would be something they forgot to refill/replace either towel, bath robe, coffee or tea would be lacking. Not a single day during our stay (except the day when we check-in) something always not there. Both of our rooms have one day that they forgot housekeeping, we have to request one when we came back to see the room had not been made. This is not we expect when we paid the price for these rooms. Last but not least, the delay of releasing the holding deposits are totally unreasonable. It has been almost a week since we check-out and they still holding the amount on my credit card in pending status. All in all, I would avoid this hotel in my/our future trips. In this price range, there are many better choices.

This is a massive hotel. There are a lot ot kf steps and elevators to get around. Check in was on level 5. The entry is covert which was appreciated as it was a rainy day. There weren't a lot of lounge areas to wait in. I didn't see a lobby. In checking the website it says the bar was closed on Sundays? It was a busy weekend holiday when we stayed.
It room was nice, clean, quiet, and had all sorts of amenities. Although some, like the mini bar were tremendously over priced.
Check in is after 3pm. The first receptionist said there were no rooms available for earlier check in and couldn't tell me when my room would be ready. But she said it would be earlier than 3pm? There really isn't a nice lounge or space to wait on n. There were a few haphazard chairs set up on level 5 to sit in.
I some to another receptionist and he was able to get a room about 11am which we greatly appreciated.
I think i would prefer a smaller hotel in the future.

Very updated and clean hotel, friendly staff and helpful in explaining amenities offered.
One slightly negative thing which was pricey was the valet parking which they also say it can take up to 20 mins to get the car back due to traffic. Unavoidable during certain times so it is understandable. Room service was a bit pricey as expected but was decent, expected a bit more as well. The pool areas are amazing and the location can’t be beat, views all over
