Gute Ausstattung (Salz, Duschgel ...), geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, problemlose Organisation. Einzige Nachteile : Bahn vor dem Fenster und wenig Sicherheitsgefühl (4stelliger Code am Eingang). Unklarer Preis beim Buchen (Dollar für Miete und später kommt noch die Verwaltungs-/Reinigungsgebühr). Schlechter (ausländisch sprachlicher nicht verständlicher Chat-) Kundenservice

altes Mehrfamilienhaus mit vielen priv. Wohneinheiten, direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Eisenbahntrasse- daher sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht und schon sehr früh am Morgen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, und ist über einen Aufzug und Treppenhaus( sehr schmutzig wg. Sanierungsarbeiten) zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung. Wände verschmutzt, Toilette bei Ankunft verunreinigt und Toilettendeckel lose, das Bad ist wg. Schimmel in der Dusche und abgeplatzter Wandfarbe dringend renovierungsbedürftig.In der Küche waren noch viele Spuren von Vormietern (Kühlschrank, Brotreste im Schrank und schmutziges Geschirr) zu finden. Es stellt sich die Frage weshalb hier eine Endreinigung erhoben wird.
