Staff are friendly , near the train station , and other public transportation there’s resto and a convenient store near everything is perfect ! Very clean and the breakfast is great!

The train station is close. The hotel was clean and safe. The rooms were really quiet, good sound proofing. The breakfast was a very good spread withe a variety of options. I also liked the extended hours 6-11 am.

Close to subway, a little noisy

Property is very well take care, staff is very polite if you understand their personality, they are very knowledgeable of what they do, area is safe and there’s a subway station few meters away, breakfast is very good and has good variety, highly recommend Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West. The front desk staff need training to talk to the guest, so rude, you ask anything about places around and they didn’t know nothing You ask them something and ignore you Definitely need more training to deal with guest questions Total disappointed Expedia need to check this !!!!

I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. Very quiet if you keep the windows closed. Fantastically convenient for the underground, just 100 yards from the front door - which is also spotless, on time and easy to use by the way. A reasonably good choice is provided for breakfast. Rooms have modern 60" tvs, which allow screen sharing from your mobile devices. A modern room safe is provided. Bathrooms are modern, excellent showers and spotlessly clean. Storage space in the room is limited, but adequte for short stays. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. Vienna is a beautiful city and easy to get in and out from this location.

New property with comfy beds and pillows. Bathrooms are clean, bright and well maintained.

Very modern, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Close to public transport. The gym was fairly well equipped and there is a large new tv in the room. Our let down was the service upon check in was quite slow and the hotel is very busy. We gave up on waiting a few times to use one of the 4 lifts and like many reviews say the breakfast isnt great. It would be ok for a short break, but by our last day we could hardly be bothered. The scrambled eggs are like rubber, beans are cold and the pastries are old. It also gets so busy its hardly a fun experience!
