Just a couple minutes walk to the U4. Very clean, air conditioned, all amenities and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast bar starting at 6 am. We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the U4 and U6 lines so very easy to get into the city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. New waffle machines were fun and learnt how to use them pretty quick and saw lots of people end up with waffles stuck in them! Downside to the rooms were the doors slamming. Not sure if it was other travellers or the cleaning staff, at times it was a door slam every 6 seconds at around 10am for 3.5 minutes. Staff were amazing. Skipping the room clean for a free drink was a nice bonus!

Good hotel and very well located

Property well maintained, breakfast was reasonable . Staff was very helpful especially Yahia was very nice and friendly

At the first 24 hours we changed twice the room . the third room we got was ok

Surprised the rooms had no refrigerator or microwave . That was the only problem!

This is our third time staying in this location - however, this time around cleaning which was only on every second night was a problem

Outstanding breakfast. Staff were most knowledgeable about the city. AC could have been cooler but we got lucky with the weather. It worked out.

Spent 3 nights at the Hampton during Eurovision week. Hotel itself was clean and had what we wanted. Breakfast is included and although busy there is loads of seating - you might just have to wait a few mins for a waffle to cook. Location was excellent for us - 2 mins walk to green/brown underground lines - was only 5 mins to stadthalle and about 10 mins into centre of the city. Even getting back from stadthalle was very easy - we were back in the room 20 mins after the performance finished. I’d stay here again for another Vienna visit - there aren’t a huge amount of local restaurants but given how quick into city that didn’t matter for us.
