Clean, quiet hotel, good service and fancy but expensive

This was a last minute booking after the awful fire that caused Heathrow airport to close down. Our original venue was Vienna so we made some last-minute plans to spend the weekend with friends in London and booked this hotel.. the hotel has a wonderful location close by to many tube stations. The hotel rooms were very large, very well equipped, very clean. Quality of the decor and finishes was very high end. You honestly could not ask for more. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

A lovely hotel, well connected by train and tram to the airport, and perfectly situated for many of the city’s sights, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the state opera house. Our room was large, modern, and well equipped, and breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold, and sweet and savoury options. Reception staff were also very friendly hand helpful. We would definitely stay again

Hotel am Konzerthaus was a brilliant choice of place to stay in the city. The hotel was very convenient for all the city’s sights and the room and bed were extremely confortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent. We would love to return one day.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and every detail showed their dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. During our stay, our son fell ill with a high fever, and we were desperate to extend our checkout time so he could rest a little longer before our flight. Despite being fully booked due to the holiday season, the staff went above and beyond by extending our checkout time by two hours. This incredible act of kindness made such a difference for us during a stressful moment, and we are beyond grateful. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, quickly answering our questions, or going the extra mile during an emergency, they made us feel cared for and valued as guests. Kudos to the amazing team at AM Hotel for their professionalism, warmth, and compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely choose to stay here again. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

Great location! Went to Vienna to explore the Christmas markets and this hotel was in a great location with easy access to get on any transport to take you anywhere in the city, and was in walking distance of a bunch of markets and the city center. The staff was also very helpful and would help us whenever needed including calling the taxi company, and taking pictures of us in their lobby which was decorated very nice for the holidays. One issue I had with the room was the bathroom door was difficult to close in our room but after holding it shut for a few seconds it would stay shut. We want to come back to Vienna to see more of what the city has to offer and will definitely consider this hotel again!

Nice hotel in a good location. One downside was that it was very loud outside of the room at night.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is convenient to the city. It was clean and tidy and the room was spacious and warm. The amenities were exactly as we expected. The staff were all lovely and the reception staff in particular were friendly and very welcoming.

This is my second stay at this hotel which I chose for its location and hotel’s service. I’m am very pleased with the hotel and its service. The food at is bistro is excellent. Quiet, clean, prompt elevators, not crowded and no noisy.

The only point is I asked at checkout for receipt for any charges told none, then noted a $60 charge to my Amex?

Had a wonderful time in Vienna, which was made all that much easier by being in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Booked the Vivaldi concert at Charles’s Church very close by, which was wonderful and reasonably priced. When I say walkable I was getting in about 16000 steps a day, which I saw as a plus!

This was a wonderful hotel with a beautiful decor. The room had ample space, a comfortable bed and an en suite bathroom wit a spacious shower.
