Very convenient for the museum quarter and all major sites… reception staff all friendly and helpful.. I love Vienna so knew my way around. I will definitely stay here again as I have still many sights to tick off😀

Everything was very nice, the room was very spacious and clean, the only thing we had problem was with the shower, but other than that I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the beautiful city of Vienna.

The main entrance to half of the rooms do no work, so you have to either push your bags up some stairs or wait in the rain for someone to open it. Some rooms are in half floors that are only accesible by stairs (and no one will help you push your bags up the stairs).
The staff is disorganized and, although they try to help us, we had to come back several times to the hotel because they were unclear of their own procedures.
The main entrance of the hotel is through a passage that closes at 10pm. After that you have to walk a lot and enter through the parking lot.
Overall is a really expensive hotel that do not match the price nor the name.

Decent hotel but the street is infested with honeless people. They are annoying and will follow you to the hotel. When we mentioned that to the receptionist, she didn’t do anything, other than mentioning that we could call the police. Room was ok. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as there are multiple food options on the same street, all decent quality and delicious. Also, the Russian-speaking lady at the reception needs to be investigated for a double role she may be playing in Austria. She was very intrusive with her questions. Overall ok hotel but not coming back here again.

Dirty entrance, decorated by cigarette butts. The main entrance is not on Mariahilfer Strasse but it is on a back street. There are two NH hotels on Mariahilfer Strasse. This one is a subpar facility, it is not up to the name of NH.

Trip was spoiled by very warm room temperature, which couldn't be mitigated and two of our five days we were without running water in our room.
