Everything was very nice, the room was very spacious and clean, the only thing we had problem was with the shower, but other than that I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the beautiful city of Vienna.

The main entrance to half of the rooms do no work, so you have to either push your bags up some stairs or wait in the rain for someone to open it. Some rooms are in half floors that are only accesible by stairs (and no one will help you push your bags up the stairs). The staff is disorganized and, although they try to help us, we had to come back several times to the hotel because they were unclear of their own procedures. The main entrance of the hotel is through a passage that closes at 10pm. After that you have to walk a lot and enter through the parking lot. Overall is a really expensive hotel that do not match the price nor the name.

El personal que contratan es muy incompetente cometieron un error pagué los desayunos durante mi estancia y un día que me encontraba en el restaurant una escuincla andaba tras de mí diciéndome que no podía desayunar por qué no lo tenía incluido le dije que lo checara en recepción y nuevamente me anduvo siguiendo por el restaurant para decirme que no podía desayunar, me salí molesto directo a recepción y después de checar me dicen puede pasar a desayunar a lo que respondí que ya no quería su servicio y solicité el reembolso de mi pago el cual si me lo hicieron. Pero que molesto que te traten como delincuente

Rooms large and comfortable. The hotel was clean. It is not easy to find as you expect to see it in Maria Hilfrstrasse. Actually there are signs to follow, since the hotel don’ face Directly on Maria H. Strasse. There was not a bar where to get a drink after a day out. It is quite weird, since normally a 4 stars should have it.

Zudem kam es zu einem Ausfall der Warmwasserversorgung, auf den das Personal weder mit einer Entschuldigung noch mit einem Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung reagiert hat.
