Very friendly staff

Great breakfast room very comfortable

Property was clean with friendly staff, near the u-bahn in what appeared to be an art deco or bauhaus building. The room was a good size, though with no view to speak of. The shower art was A Lot™️ but honestly that sort of added to the charm. Staff were kind and seemed accepting (we are a queer polycule).

This hotel has an electric kettle and an instant coffee. If I would have known, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Too small room

Hotel does not clean our room everyday. The day they choose to clean it (at their own discretion), it is always half done. Our bathroom supplies are never replenished. When complaining to the front desk, they always give you the same standard answer, “ The housekeeper has gone home, I cannot do anything.” *****Thank you Marriott, you have just successfully turned away a long time royal customer.*******

We decided to stay at this hotel as it was walking distance to the Schonbrunn Palace however we were unable to get in to see the palace in it's entirety as we did not book in advance and the crowds were intense. The hotel was across from the underground train station so easy access to Vienna (about 15 minutes). That being said, the area around the hotel was dirty and didn't feel particularly safe although it probably was. It certainly didn't feel like we were in Vienna but rather a run down part of any city. The hotel itself had good amenities. Our room was well equipped with a fridge, kettle, instant coffee, tea, iron, ironing board and was suitably large with comfy beds that had no perfumey smell. That being said the room was pretty dirty. The base of the toilet had yellow stains on it and the bathroom walls had stains of a different nature! The cabinets and fridge had drips of dried liquid and finger prints as did the light switches. There was a balloon under my bed and bits of debris. Thank goodness for Lysol wipes. We couldn't have stayed here if I was unable to clean up. We definitely wouldn't stay again. We would pay more to stay closer to Vienna to have a more Vienese experience and a cleaner hotel. Not satisfactory.

We booked two connecting rooms and received written confirmation from the hotel beforehand. However, when we arrived, we were told there were no connecting rooms available. Instead, we were given two separate rooms on the same floor — one suite (as ordered) and one club room, which was not what we had paid for. The hotel offered free breakfast as compensation, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the inconvenience. Having to split up the family between two rooms really disrupted our vacation — we couldn’t all be together as planned, and it made things very difficult, especially with the kids. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. Our room had no soap. When we asked for it to be refilled, we were told the housekeeping staff had already left for the day and that someone would bring it after 10:00 PM. No one ever did. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. We chose this hotel expecting a certain standard and level of service, but unfortunately, it fell far short.

Clean rooms close to transit.

A good hotel that is across from a subway station. The hotel is very clean, room clean, and staffs were professional and welcoming.

After having to complain many times, I was finally able to move from an extremely noisy room. The main window had been fixed shut, but still let in all the traffic noise from outside. Several of my colleagues also lost sleep for the same reason. I moved to a room where the windows closed properly, but with the aircon set to minimum, the room was still too warm… In February! After having may issues connecting to the internet (as with many other guests), an internet fee was added to my bill. I would not recommend this hotel.

The overall service of the hotel is good except the soundproofing of the room needs improvement. Noises from trains and traffic passing by the hotel were heard inside the room. Furthermore, we were assigned a connected room so noises generated from the adjacent room could sometimes be disturbing.
