The only shortcoming on our stay in Baku at the Marriott Boulevard was the bathrooms. The shower cabin was so small that there was no chance on could turn one's body or lather one's body . I wish they make more room in the shower cabin. It would be so wonderful

It’s nice location, the biggest problem of not just the hotel but entire country it’s that they only speak their language and very little English, so it’s really difficult to get around, if you don’t have a good translator on hand. They also have a really aggressive behavior and even driving are really careless.

The hotel is very large. The room amenities are below average. The lighting in the room is very weak. There are hotels much lower in price and star rating, but they are much better in service and facilities. The poor excuse is that we have over 800 rooms, so service is either lacking or non-existent. All the staff memorize this sentence.

Hotel is good and breakfast is good. Staff is helpful . In our case Check in instructions were not noted to give connecting rooms and accessible room for elderly, we had 3 rooms and had to take them on different floors. Our room was accidentally given to someone else it seems.

Nice hotel, but given it is so large it gets very crowded. There was an issue with my AC but they came at midnight to rectify it. If you gonat peak hours for breakfast can struggle to find a table

The boulevard is beautiful and was very walkable. The level of English spoken at the hotel is not sufficient at all. We had a medical emergency and their only assistance was telling us to go outside and find a cab. They couldn’t even provide hospital advice or direction. As a result we ended up at one that wasn’t open and had to find another cab to a hospital that had an open emergency. Even the requests through housekeeping were difficult
