Staff and service excellent
Great affordable place to stay.
The location can be a little noisy but felt safe and close to beach, restaurant and shops.

What i liked about this property was it was easy to walk to get a taxi,food,beach.the host was very accomodating and pleasant.We had a late flight and we got to check out late in the afternoon which was very much appreciated.

Very nice beaches walkable from property - including Dover Beach. Quiet end of ‘the Gap’. Walking distance to restaurant choices. Little super market around the corner for some self catering. Easy going staff. About 10 minute walk to main road for buses - or parking on site if you rent a car.

The staff at the Meridian Inn were very accommodating and understanding. They made my stay there stressfree. The area is quiet and peaceful and I was pleased to learn that there are a few eateries nearby where I could go to have breakfast. Overall it was good experience. Thanks to the staff and management. I will definitely stay there again.

If you are checking in after 5pm be sure to call the property to make arrangements. They organized a taxi for us (Colin) and he was very helpful even assiting us in retrieving the envelope with the instructions for getting to our room.
Barbadians aren't the most friendly people, but Colin and the lady at the dront desk when we checked out were nice.
The room was neat and clean. We just wanted a place to sleep, have a shower, access a microwave and feel safe and this fit our needs well. There are utensils and a kettle, but carry your own teabags and sugar.
Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at Meridian Inn and it was just as we remembered. Fantastic location, just at one end of The Gap, but quiet. Close to Dover beach, surf lessons, and many restaurants.
We had everything we needed in our room to prepare meals, and were able to enjoy them while seated on our balcony taking in the lovely view.
Staff were incredible! From reception, housekeeping and the owner, who helped carry my suitcase up to our room. Our room was always clean and comfortable when we returned from a day of exploring beautiful Barbados. Other patrons were also very welcoming, making friends while we were there. Other than the calico cat who frequents reception, whom I know will love me one day.
We will definitely be rebooking next year when we return, and we look forward to it.
